⭐️ Your Impact: As our Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you own performance marketing end-to-end: Google Ads and Meta Ads that turn budget into qualified homeowner leads. and act as a hands-on force multiplier across events, PR, social, and sales enablement. You work closely across Growth, Sales and Product and our first Marketing FTE. Your Impact • Own and scale our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts end-to-end — strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and continuous optimization against CAC and pipeline targets. • Build and maintain landing pages and conversion tracking, so every euro of spend is measurable back to signed projects, not just clicks or impressions. • Live in the numbers: build your own reporting, connect marketing spend directly to sales revenue, and be ready to defend or change course based on what the data shows. • Bring a strong bias to action and a KPI-driven mindset — launch tests quickly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does. • Get hands-on wherever the team needs it — organizing trade fairs and events, supporting PR outreach, running social media marketing, and producing sales materials for the field team. • Accept being measured the way we measure ourselves: on a blend of marketing performance and sales revenue outcomes, not marketing metrics in isolation. ✨ What Makes You a Great Fit: • 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management. • Very analytical and numbers-driven — comfortable building your own reporting and making budget calls from data, not gut feel. • Basic experience organizing events, setting up landing pages, and implementing conversion tracking. • Senior enough to own your channels end-to-end, but genuinely hands-on — open to supporting wherever needed, from fairs to PR to sales materials. • C2-level German and working English. • Based in Berlin. ☀️ Why You'll Love Working With Us: • Attractive VSOP package, market-rate compensation, and a performance-based bonus • Hybrid work setup (2 days/week in our Berlin office) • 30 vacation days and Deutschlandticket or Urban Sports Club membership • Real ownership from day one, flat hierarchies, and a steep learning curve Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
