Delivery Service Partner Account Manager

Rohlik is scaling its last-mile operations, and our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network is critical to getting fresh food to hundreds of thousands of customers on time. We are looking for a strategic and operational leader to take full ownership of managing, setting up, and developing our DSP network across the entire Czech Republic. This is not a traditional account management role. You will own the national strategy, manage the last-mile budget, drive capacity planning, and lead the team that supports our courier network on the ground. You will balance long-term transformational projects with hands-on operational leadership. Why this role is exciting - You will have full ownership of the DSP network strategy, directly impacting cost efficiency, delivery quality, and scalability across the Czech Republic. - This is a build-and-transform role where you will unify processes, standardise reporting, and set clear rules across all markets in the country. - You will work with high autonomy and maintain direct visibility with top management, presenting data-driven recommendations that shape our last-mile setup. - You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of specialists and trainers, shaping how we onboard, mentor, and retain courier capacity. - Your work directly influences Rohlik’s core customer promise — fast, reliable, and high-quality delivery. What you will own and deliver - DSP Network Strategy & Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for the strategy, performance, and sustainable growth of the DSP network across the Czech Republic. - Budget & Transformation Management: Manage last-mile operational budgets and lead transformational initiatives focused on process optimization, cost efficiency, and network scalability. - Capacity Planning & Recruitment: Drive nationwide courier capacity planning to ensure optimal coverage at all times, optimizing the recruitment strategy and budget utilization. - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of internal specialists, including Trainer Bohemia, Trainer Moravia, Last Mile Specialist, and Buddy teams. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the key bridge between DSP partners and last-mile leadership, collaborating daily with Heads of Logistics, DC Managers, and Quality teams. - Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze operational performance, track key metrics, and present actionable insights to top management. What we are looking for - 3–5+ years of experience in senior operations, last-mile logistics, transport management, or senior account management handling large partner networks. - A strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn complex operational numbers into fast, smart decisions. - Proven resilience and the ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced operational environments with changing priorities. - Strong communication, negotiation, and diplomatic skills — capable of maintaining a fair, clear, and assertive approach with partners. - A resourceful, hands-on mindset that focuses on solving problems when standard processes are not enough. - Fluent English and Czech (written and spoken) for daily cross-functional and international communication.
