CUSTOMER SUPPORT OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Position Overview KPS is a European manufacturer specialized in electrical test and measurement instruments for low-voltage installations. To support our international growth across EMEA, UK, and North America, we are looking for a Customer Support Operations Executive to join our Export Sales team. This role plays a key part in ensuring excellent customer service, efficient sales operations, and smooth coordination between customers, sales, logistics, production, and purchasing teams. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for international customers while supporting daily commercial and operational activities. The position combines customer service, sales administration, technical support, order management, and operational coordination within a fast-paced international environment.
