Fullstack Developer / Technical Advisor – .NET and React

About the role Novanet is a specialised technology consultancy with deep expertise in .NET, architecture and advisory services. You will work with experienced colleagues and recognised Norwegian customers on complex technology challenges. What you will do • Develop modern backend and full-stack solutions with .NET, C# and React • Advise customers on architecture, technology choices and delivery • Work with Azure, DevOps pipelines and modern engineering practices • Take responsibility in customer-facing teams • Contribute actively to knowledge sharing Who we are looking for • At least three to four years of professional development experience • Strong .NET and C# skills • Experience with Azure, DevOps and modern JavaScript frameworks • Commercial understanding and confidence in customer dialogue • Motivation to learn Norwegian over time What we offer • A highly experienced .NET environment • Employee ownership and dedicated development budgets • Five weeks of vacation, 6% pension and strong insurance coverage • Total compensation typically around 1–1.2 MNOK • Hybrid working with normally one to two office days per week Applications are reviewed continuously.
