Hva vi ser etter The ideal candidate: • Has previous experience working in a professional kitchen (required) • Works efficiently and remains calm during busy service periods • Has a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards • Is a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work • Is eager to learn and contribute to a growing restaurant Arbeidsoppgaver Key****Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook dishes according to Marani Oslo's recipes, standards, and quality requirements. • Participate in the preparation and development of authentic Georgian dishes and menu items. • Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation during service. • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in accordance with food safety regulations. • Assist with food preparation, ordering, stock control, and inventory management. • Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team during busy service periods. • Support the Head Chef in maintaining high operational and culinary standards. Requirements: • Previous experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a very fast-paced restaurant environment. • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP practices. • Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail. • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. • Experience with Georgian cuisine is an advantage, but not required as long as the applicant is willing to learn fast. • Good communication skills in English. Additional languages are considered a plus.
