Scrum Master

• Facilitate and organize Scrum ceremonies and ensure the adoption of Agile practices by the team. • Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management, helping organize it to maximize value delivery. • Proactively identify and remove impediments, whether technical, organizational, or people-related. • Act as an internal coach for the team, fostering a culture of self-organization and Agile best practices. • Monitor team performance metrics, such as productivity and velocity, to drive continuous improvement. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master • Scrum Master certified • Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban). • Experience in Agile Estimation and Planning. • Knowledge of Agile software engineering practices, including: • Automated Testing • Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) • Test-Driven Development (TDD) • Experience with Agile metrics like Velocity and Productivity. • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Ability to support the Product Owner in backlog management to maximize value delivery. • Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills. • Commitment to Software Craftsmanship principles. • Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level minimum
