• Partner with the Purchasing project management to identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers that align with our quality and performance standards  • Serve as a strong collaborative partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Preventive Quality Planning (PQP) initiatives to ensure project metrics are met and exceeded  • Take ownership of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities for all purchased components, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy  • Lead and implement comprehensive process releases at supplier facilities, tracking findings through  closure  and providing supportive guidance for continuous improvement  • Support customer audits, representing our organization with professionalism and thorough  documentation • Collaborate with other departments and plant locations  Requirements: • University degree in engineering • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in preventive quality assurance • Experience in plastic molding • Experience in automotive quality processes (e.g., Concession, PPAP) • Process release experience at suppliers • Fluent English skills (negotiation level) • Preferably native Hungarian speaker • Excellent technical insight and analytical thinking • Highly structured working style • Strong assertiveness towards suppliers and project stakeholders • Communicative personality with strong problem-solving skills • Regular business travel (1–2 trips/month) to suppliers Advantages: • Experience in assembly processes • Experience working with international supplier base • Background in automotive Tier 1 or OEM environment • Knowledge of supplier development methodologies • Additional language skills Get to know our #LikeABosch benefits We would like to help you  GROW , so we offer you: • Financial security & recognition:  We review and increase your competitive base salary annually, offer performance-, loyalty-, and referral bonus. • Trainings and professional development:  We believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, so you can take advantage of several technical and soft skill trainings and language courses. • Career development : We have a wide range of programs to choose from, even if its leadership, expert or project development you are aiming for.
