Intelligent Applications Developer

Job Description & Summary The opportunity Create secure, intuitive applications and interfaces through which users supervise, interact with and derive value from agentic systems. What you will be doing ·        Build web, mobile, conversational or embedded experiences for AI-enabled workflows. ·        Develop front-end components, backend-for-frontend services and APIs. ·        Design interfaces for approvals, evidence, exceptions, feedback and human intervention. ·        Integrate identity, role-based access, telemetry and enterprise design standards. ·        Collaborate with users, product owners and engineers through prototypes and iterative releases. ·        Implement automated tests, accessibility requirements and deployment packaging. What we need from you ·        3+ years in full-stack, front-end or application development. ·        Strong capability in modern web frameworks, APIs, identity and application security. ·        Experience integrating AI services, conversational interfaces or workflow solutions is desirable. ·        User-centered design mindset and comfort working in agile multidisciplinary teams. Relevant AI technologies and tooling ·        Strong TypeScript or JavaScript capability with a modern web framework such as React, Next.js or Angular, plus backend development using Node.js, Python with FastAPI, .NET or equivalent. ·        Experience integrating streaming LLM or agent APIs, structured responses, tool-status events, citations, feedback capture and resumable or long-running workflow states into user experiences. ·        Familiarity with an agent SDK or orchestration framework such as LangChain and LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework or Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent. ·        Experience building conversational or embedded enterprise experiences with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Teams or web applications is desirable. ·        Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 or OpenID Connect, role-based access, secure API integration, telemetry, accessibility and automated front-end or API testing.
