Workcamino is a job platform for people in their 20s and 30s looking for their next job in Europe. One search across thousands of companies — instead of ten open tabs every morning.
How it works
We collect listings directly from company career systems (Greenhouse, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Teamtailor and others) and from official public job APIs like Germany's Federal Employment Agency and Sweden's Arbetsförmedlingen. Never by scraping other job boards. Every listing is checked against its source daily — when a job disappears from the company's page, it disappears here too.
Software reads every ad and turns what it finds into filters: the experience actually required, the language of the ad, remote options, and mentions of visa or relocation support. Members can translate any ad into 11 languages with one click, and every apply link goes straight to the employer's own application page — we are never a middleman.
Why a paid platform?
Workcamino has no ads, no sponsored listings, and never sells your data. The small membership fee is the entire business model — which means the product only has one job: being genuinely useful to you. No pay-to-rank employers, no promoted noise.
Who is behind it
Workcamino is built and run by Janthakun Tech, founded by Shane Kridsada Janthakun in Norway. It started with a simple observation: finding a job in Europe means checking dozens of sites that all show you a title and a location — and rarely what actually matters.
